Does anybody have a good strategy to beat the dragon that attacks Momiji in the beginning? Help appreciated.

Hmmm for me,my strategy was to attack from afar then when the dragon doesn't attack for a few moments,I would go close to the dragon and use an element then attack the dragon with your sword then go back afar and dodge the dragon's attack then do the same thing over and over.That strategy I used was easy to beat the dragon.
