There are a series of ledges in which mario crosses facing you, simply move left or right while on the ledges, howevere, occasionally, you must hit down in order to escape the flame wheels. NOTE: marip is ok as long as he's holding on, so don't jump, to get back up, just press up.

When you get to the red blocks and you have to jump on a higher plat form just wall jump on the oppisite side
