You have to face Bowser and Bowser Jr. At the same time. First, beat Bowser jr., then run under Bowser's big jump to hit the switch. Or, you could use a mega mushroom to kill Bowser jr., and then jump over Bowser.

Its bowser and bowser jr. Kill jr. First then bowser top tip! Makesure you have a fire power and a back up fire power aswell if you want to kill them the normal way first kill jr. With the ussual meathod then when bowser jumps high ONLY HIGH!!!run under him and pess the red swich with the skull on it. P.S: hope this helps you!
