If you're talking about World 7, you have to find the secret exit from World 7-5. Where you see wooden blocks blocking the green pipe(you should see Bob-ombs walking on the blocks), use the Bob-ombs to destroy them and enter the pipe. However, the easiest way is to use a Mega Mushroom when you reach the wooden blocks. Find a Mega Mushroom house, get the Mega Mushroom in there, and save it until you get to the wooden blocks. Then you can crush them and enter the pipe when you shrink back down. Once you touch the red flag and finish the level, you can move on to World 7-A, which leads to the castle.
