In the second area of the level (after going through the first pipe), above the first palm tree you see are invisible blocks. Hit them from beneath to reveal a vine. Climb that vine up to the platforms above, where you'll find one brick and four floating ? Blocks. Ground pound the ? Blocks first, then go back to the brick and hit it to reveal the P switch. Stomp the P switch and head to the right to find the coin.
