Question for New Super Mario Bros

My son was on Super Mario Bros world 8 on his dsi and his younger brother lost all his data (we think he erased it?). It took months to get to this level. Is there any way to restore his lost data/worlds. Thank you

I'm sorry, but there is no way to get your son's data back again. He'll have to start all over again. Believe me, I've been through it with my younger siblings...
