Shorty after the second coin, stay swimming at the top of the screen, there you will see an orange button with a "?" on it, press that button ! Now on the bottom there are a bunch of pipes, the last two pipes are a yellow and green one right next to each other. Hurry up and sink down into the pipe. (you have to do this before the bubbles start blowing out of it again) Once there go straight to the left, then down, then the bubbles from the pipe will push you into the coin avoiding the eels. Then go back up and out of the pipe
