When you hit the red button that gives you the blocks to climb up you can get the second star coin. Then when you go back down you have to hit the button again to go through the pipe. DONT go through that pipe. Instead, climb on top of it, use mini-me and jump straight up, jump off the wall to go to the right and there is a small landing there. Get on the landing and you can go up to the third star coin. Then after you get the star coin go through that door and it is the secret exit
