How do you hack New Super Mario Bros???

Does anyone know how to hack New Super Mario Bros, without ROMS or files? Just a secret button code? If you don't know what exactly I'm talking about, on Youtube, search, New Super Mario Bros hack. It's the top video. So PLEASE tell me how! Remember, no ROMS or files! Just buttons!!!

No that's not a cheat thats what it says when You beat The game

Select a file - L+R+A+ (Luigi Head)
Do that and you will be Luigi!
