To get the disco outfit you have to find a coin for the wishing well. There is one hidden coin at each fair (4 total). Make a wish at the wishing well using the coin, choose "I want to learn to dance." You will be given the disco outfit, top and pants. Then you must earn enough tickets to purchase the disco ball and the shoes needed to complete the outfit.

you need the club top & club pants (shoes are auto with the top) disco necklace & glamour glasses.
