How do you unlock 4-tailed naruto (or at least the final free play mode character) for free play mode? I've beaten story mode and have collected all the scrolls. Do I have to defeat a certain number of enemies first, and if so how many?

Nvm, I figured out how to unlock nine-tailed naruto (really naruto in his 3-tailed state); turns out you have to beat the boss rush mode at least once and then you unlock him (he's by far the best character in the game).
I'm sorry about him not answering correct question. You said 4 tails not 3 tails right? I believe you have
