i have been looking too but apearently there is no way un less some one made an action replay code for it

When You Use Ninja Power Chinese Medicine Pills or Strong Ninja Power Chinese Medicine Pills And It Says No Effect. You Can Always Press Select To Activate The Code Above, That Way You Can Be Able To Use That Medicine Pills To The Same Character Again.
