trying to unlock characters but cant

When entering the school, talk to Konohamaru. He is on the ground floor between the Mission and Challenges doors. Entering the password gives you a character item. These character items unlock the character, but it can only be used after you have beaten the game.

Kakashi Hatake After Completing the game, Go to Kakashi Hatake's house and after a short talk, Choose Kakashi Hatake

Kisame Beat the mission "The Messenger from Dawn"

Itachi Beat the mission "The Last of the Uchiha Clan"

Zabuza Win 100 matches in Special Survival

Enma Unlock Enma by collecting 20 Regional Cards.


Then go yo items and use the info card of all the characters.

Another way is to play kumite survival until you get enough waves of enemys dead to unlock them, but I don't know how many.
