Well, if you don't have "Unleash Curse Mark" Ninja Tag, get that. You can get it by completing the Limited Kumit mission where you are Naruto, and fighting against CS2 Sasuke. I forgot the name of it. But, if you want to get the "Unleash Curse Mark" Ninja tag, you must get Jonin rank on that mission. Now, if you want the actual CS2 Sasuke character, you must get 30 point over WiFi, and then talk to the guy on the left of Anko in the area where you go to play over WiFi.
The best way I can think of geting him is to go to the kumite dojo and do the very last mission get a jonin rank or get 30 reigonal cards over nintendo wifi
