How do I get sharingan for other people like ANBU because I've tried everything

In the kumite challenge and that is in the acadamy

If you want to get sharingan you must pick guy insted of kakashi then go to the kumite dojo and I don't know the one you have to do but I know you have to get guy in order to get it to work
