I need to know HOW do I unlock
Arcade mode.I've beeten Story mode
On easy and hard like million times.But NOTHING.

Arcade Mode has been unlocked once Story Mode is completed once. Just go to single player and you will find it. Hope this helps you out.
Arcade mode is another name for Single player mode in battle mode.
