You just stay on the highest point and attack from the far right to the far left, but go very fast.
You should use Guy sensei and continue running back and forth it's hard to do it took me a few trys.
What I did was basically grab the weapons (the fuuma shuriken on the left hand side haning in the air is a good choice) just threw it over and over and over again :P cause weapons are long range and the Fuuma Shuriken cuts through the whole line of enemies :P then when the first line stops spawning I go up and start throwing again O_O (it's a bit repetitive but it beats having to find those guys)
Okay first, go right, then hit the guy on the top, then the two on bottom, then run left and then right, but be careful sometimes they charge at you.
Use Guy Sensei when there is an enemy at th top of the fish statues just use UP + Y don't jump and Guy is fast too it could be helpful.
