In the bazzar I have found everything except the candle. It wont let me smash anything with the hammer. What am I doing wrong. Please help.

The candle is on the right and side of the bizzar on the side of the the hanging lamp that is on half shown the hammer can only be used after you have completed the 4 hotspots
