Question for Mystery Tales: Time Travel

I am in the garden with the crow, I hahve played this bit so many times. I know exactly where every iten is and that it randomises the list each time! But every time there are two items on the list that aren't in the garden. I can't get past this level as this happens every single time!!! Does anyone have this problem???

I'm having this same problem. I have three items left and it tells me to use spirit sight, yet I can't click on the spells, it won't let me use them. So I have no idea how to get past this level.

You need to do the sight spell first before you search for any other items
