Question for Mystery Tales: Time Travel

I have spent 3 days trying to compleat the Bazzar area,I have done all four hotspots incuding shoe.Ihave used the Hammer on two lamps,one jug,and my screen is still asking for a window.The only windows I can see are above the rolled up carpets under the archway,when I try to break them nothing happens and when I turn off the Hammer? Still nothing.Please please help.

The window sits above the door. With the hotspot

You don't find the window with the hammer - switch the hammer off
