Does anybody know where the last puzzle piece is??? I have been through the whole game now about 10 times and the only room I don't get a puzzle peice is the sacrificial room. I have went back to that room numerous times using the dimension gate spell but can't find the last puzzle piece....HELP!!! It's so frustrating

The puzzle piece for this level is in the top left part of the room. Where you find the rope on the headdress it is directly above and a little to the left, in the corner where the red beams meet.
