Hi, I found all the items in the level after the sacrificial altar level but then nothing happens, can anyone tell me what I'm supose to do ?

You need to click on the blood itself then the ghost should take you to his lovers ghost. This game is full of quirks like this. I found it was best to click on the places I had just finished/thought I had finished if it didnt seem to be going to the next level.
