We are in the garden after after the sarcophagus room... We are in as garden we can't progress as I need to use the spitit sight... But it won't let me open any of the magic sells....

If you're stuck in a level, quit to menu, and restart the level. You should be able to find the hidden items/ingredients needed to cast the spells in each level (eyeballs, feathers, frogs, and gems). You need two gems and one eyeball to cast the spirit sight spell.
At some levels of the game, it switches to a guided mode, where you're supposed to carry out a certain action or switch to a different panel. Pay attention to the swirling stars and switch to that panel. Make sure you're looking for items listed in the info panel. You can quickly switch the top panels by using the L or R shoulder buttons instead of the stylus.
Try using the spirit sight immediately upon opening the screen
ie before tapping any other items, select spells.
i am also stuck on this level, nothing works and as i know now where all the items are i find some dissapear and will not let me find them
