you can get it by prospecting (digging) in candypolooza.
I just skipped that scroll and moved on to my tasks untill I unlocked candypalooza
Go to the kings castle okay, then go into the princess room, then be nice. Do this 12 times. The go to the king and be mean to him 12 times. Then talk to the wisard. He will glitch and give you 100 of everything. Even all the scrolls and islands, and you will be very close to everyone and get to name a island after your avatar name! ENJOY!!
