If you go to the Zoo, and stand near the crocodile, and then you press the camera, and look in the cage of the crocodile, you can see a hole with stairs. So, my questions are:
1. Where does the stairs lead to?
2. How can I reach the stairs?

The stairs lead to the evil guys secret lair and you reach by helping dr. F build mecha dog and the alligator will break out of the cage and you can get to them
