How do you find the treasure map? I have no clue what so ever.

If you go to station plaza and walk to right of the house in the bottom left corner by the fence you will see that the fence stops and starts again. The fence stops because of a good size rock is in the way. Under that rock is where the secret treasure is.
Examine the record player and repeat the song the frogs play by playing the frogs.
