Question for MySims Agents

Ok, so I've completed the game and on the checklist thingy have done everyone execpt three:ginny, dj candy and tobor. HOW DO I complete them? I've tried looking for the explanation mark at different tmes but none of them have it :((((((((((((((( PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HELP!!!!

To help tobor make the panda have the heart thing next to it then select all options and it does nothing. Then talk to tobor. He asks you to get the panda out again. U automattically help. To get it to turn around select sound then select make a sound. From there it's just kinda random but once you do that you automatically go on a walk with the panda. Run to the tires. Select them. The panda plays with them . When hes done you get a chip from there you talk to tobor! Mission success!
