Go to chaz on the beach and talk to him, joshua (your assistant) will show up and insist you let him kite surf to the island. Once you kite surf there you will have to go through a maz and collect 1 red, 1 blue, and 1 green crystal to get out of the maze. After that you have to solve a which shape goes on which shape puzzle. Once that puzzle is solved a movie scene like thing will come on and the other half of the artifact will rise from the stone podium thing,joshua will grab it and now u've got the second stone artifact.
