Help idk how how you make the wet suit!!!! I talked to katie and she told me to find someone tech-savvy. Who is this tech savvy and where do I find him/her??? HELP!!!!

I think you havje to talk to either martin, dj candy or tobor after you talk to them go back to katie and you have to have either $2000 or $5000 hope this helps

Its tobor you need
And when you reach him (he should be where he usally is... In the petting zoo)
He says ok I can do it
Then you have to go talk to katie and she says I will do it for �2000
Then you go down to the empty part of the town and go down the hill and you meet your assistant and dive...
