How do I find to get more star power to get to star level 3? I can't seem to find Olivia in her store in town, Charlie the cake store manager keeps telling me that she is happy about something, and Hellen is looking for someone to be a ranger in the Highlands. How do I find that ranger who do I ask?

Dont bother. Check the character profiles. Talk to the people whodont have a star.(the star might be on the top screen)(you can find the character profile be clicking on the bottom right corner then click the symbolof the 2 men)
The one above waS put there by me NIMROD100. It worked for me but now I'm stuck on trying to get the five star.
