How to fish?

I do not know how to catch a fish. I hook it but it won't come up. Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help

Ok again I had ALOT of trouble with fishing!! When the fish bites the "thing" I start to click the "thing" like multiple times! Good luck

The bobber will go down and tap it until the sim starts tugging at it on the top screen.

The rules say to just click the bobber twice.
