How do you reset the information on the DS game My Do It All if you bought it used and it has already been given a password to enter the game?

To reset all the saved data you must go to reset information and once it tells you to refer to the mannual Hold R, L, Up on the + control pad, and the START button and it should say "Resetting will clear your password and all your information. Are you sure?" Hit yes, aannd there you go.
