For month four, you will need to keep speaking into the mic for as long as it will let you. If you do not have enough breath, use a fan. I had this same problem and when I placed the ds in front of the fan, it worked everytime! Good Luck!

All you do is talk to your baby calmly and say hi with love and ask her can you smile this always works for me hope it helps
You can try singing Rock a By Baby into the microphone and kinda out your own little spin on it but in a soothing voice
