She/He won't do it immediately. First, call his/her name, or just talk to him/her. It will be little things-like putting their hands up-at first. The more you talk to him/her, the more it'll look like a real wave! Then, a minute later, the star should appear, and it will give you credit. Let me know if this helps, O.K?
Just say some things that make her happy and she will start waving
