The baby is usually looking in a certain direction. Take the rattle and shake it in the opposite direction she is looking. If that doesn't work, try it again from a different distance. Hope that helps!
make sure that you're baby is looking to the opposite direction that you want to speak to your baby or shake the rattle to your baby, then you shake/speak and see if your baby will turn, if your baby does, continue doing this. it may take a long time but you'll get the hang of it then you'll
TIP: it's better if you shake/speak to your baby from a far distance but not too far so your baby can hear clearly. Good Luck!
