U can have more than one baby......you can have up to four babies......how you get more than one is you age you're baby up to 30 months then you can have another and so forth......hope I could help you out
OH!Well actually you can as many as you want! Matter a fact I'm on my fifth baby.But once you hit baby 5 they erase the pictures of baby 1 and baby 6 they erase the pictures of baby 2!And so on so forth.
