In Taki Taki Islands go to the ruins and fix the bunny
Wait a few mins and walah theres rocky

They mean how to actually get the toy rabbit fixed like how to get it's body parts like this:
1. Go to Taki Taki islands
2. Find the rocky wall and broken toy rabbit
3. Pick up the pink things near it
4. Drag the pink things over
5. In a few minutes Rocky should be there!
Problems:
1. I can't seem to find the bunny's arm
Other than that you should be fine

1.Upgrade Worldies house twice
2.Go to taki taki islands
3.Find a huge rocky area
4.Put the disc in the nearest radio
5.Fix the bunny
6.Rocky has been adopted!
