Question for Miami Nights: Singles in the City

How do I go to the VIP beach and invite the famous producer? They say that the entrance is over by the campfire but I can not find the famous producer

Where can I find all of the rare pokemon

Go to the savage beach. Then in the lower right corner, there is a path surrounded by rocks. Get closer and the GO sign will show up. As soon as you enter the VIP beach, one of the guys their have a star on the top of their head. That is the producer.
