Ok how the heck do I get the captain to talk to me. Joey keeps calling me saying
"do something, maybe there is someone there to help you get rid of the guy"
What guy?!? Sometimes he is talking to someone and sometimes not.
Please help me! I have been stuck on this for days!

Ok here's what ya do. You go to the girl by the stereo and pay her 15 dollars and she will talk to the guy that the captain is talking to.... Then you go to the captain and become friends with him. =] and he will drive your boat for you.
Talk to the lady next to the music thingy and you have to pay her 15 dollars and then she takes the other guy who is talking to the captain.
