Could someone please tell me what an action replay code is, and how to enter one! Thanks in advance

1st you acctually need an action replay which is a haking device of sorts.
An Action Reply Code is a cheating device for hacking into the game & to enter one is by doing codes that are listed in MPH codes. I hope that one helped.
