How do you get ranking points in the multiplayer wifi mode? I had some and they suddenly disappeared.

You win matches, and the number of killes you get determines the amount of points you get.
You loose points when you loose or get killed.
Hope this clears things for you.

You can earn ranking points by winning multi card matches. Losing a match costs you a raanking point. Same with wifi.
