No, you do not need an AR. It is a simple trick that uses basic physics, if you think about it. All you basically need to do is have Noxus with the Judicator. This can only be doen with Noxus. So, once you have them, charge up the Judicator and aim at the ground. Now here's the trcky part: your target needs to be in a stright line of fire from where your aiming, even though you're aiming at the ground. No matter how far away the target is, he will automatically freeze up if he's in a straight line of fire.

So you see, the Judicator works so: It bounces off walls etc... But when you charge and let go it freezes anything near you, right? Well, it's hard to explain the rest and how it works and other tricks on how to do it, but I'm sure there was a walkthrough on it SOMEWHERE in the walkthrough section. You shouold go check it out.

No you don't need an AR all you need is, is to pick Noxus. Ok this can be done in any level ok.

In the battle get the judicator then fully charge it until it can't be charge no more so now you can freeze people but it's not shadow freeze yet to do it you have to point your gun to the ground then shoot. Whoever is in front you will get frozen but they have to be on the same ground level as you.Example Combat Hall it's all flat so you can freeze them.I hope I helped
