Can someone help me find the volt driver? I cannot find it anywhere?

The volt driver

This high voltage weapon is recieved by repeating celestial archives after you have retrieved the battle hammer. Though I'm pretty sure you found it by now this is good for other people having trouble getiing it. ALL you have to do is go to celstial archives and shoot the green doors with battle hammers.

Its in one the incubation tanks at the top of your map so is the shock coil.
