Question for Merlin: A Servant of Two Masters

How do you solve the magical emrys sudoku type puzzle. The tiles won't stay where I try to put them and the red outline to the squares is no good at all. Can't continue the game until it's solved!

1) Drag a tile to the position you wish to place it. 2) Drop the tile onto the red highlighted square of your choice.
NB. One different tile of each type must be placed in each horizontal & vertical line. You cannot place a tile in a square if an identical tile is already placed in it's horizontal or vertical line, even if square is highlighted red. If it doesn't allow you to drop the tile in desired position, recheck it's horizontal & vertical lines & you will see a same tile already in place. Choose a different tile to place in that position.
