There's an empty room right after the two doors where you need the previous Megaman Zero games... What is it for?

I believe that is the room where you get the Ox model but I think you need to beat megaman z3 and z4 bosses in the room before.

Beat omega zero on normal or hard then go back to that same room you should see a floating rock beat the game talk to fueve youll git model ox use over drive and discover his abilities
