CygnusWing Ex Is In The Boreal's Lab Since I don't Have My Ds I can't Explain
Exactly But Search and You Will Find HIm... Sp Form You Have To Pulse Out then back in sometime after you beat ex he will be anywhere in Boreal's Lab... Note... Sp Cards Gain Strength Depending I think On your Best Time... My Current Cygnus Wing Sp Card Does 250 Damage... Note:Sps are nearly impossible to find if you have not beaten the game and you cannot fight enemies such as cancerbuble ex or wolfwoods ex until you have done so...
Actually Dark Moon, I fought Cancerbubble EX and I haven't come close to beating the game!
