I killed andromedA 5 times and I can't win the game. In the last part the game ask you if you wanna save this, I put yes, I wanna save what I did, and when I turn the ds on to play megaman leo Geo(megaman)apear in the last spot where I saved(before entering the Em-Road to kill andromeda) :S I don't know if I can go deepSpace or help people,make brothers,etc...

No it's suppose to be like that. You will notice that you have an icon on your main screen when you see the new game and continue options. To get into Deep Space, you would need to defeat all the SP versions of the navis (they will tell you which one to defeat when you come to a blocked door). Hoped I helped.
