You will need to have it special download via a Gamestop if they still give those downloads out away.If not then try lurking around in the Mega Man Forum and ask to trade with someone who has those chip cards or if you have an action replay,you can try Google for some help on the codes.Hoped I helped.

you mean the omega pieces? You have to encounter an omega boss on the wave roads, beat him, and you get the fragment. Gotta beat a different one each omega encounter or it won't work. Also, you will tell if you hear some odd ominous music play in the bg. Hope that helps!
