where can you get the CC Access Key?

I don't know where to find the CC Key.I need help!

There is actually 2 to be in fact.One is game story scripted which is the WAZA key while the other one,the Dealer key is in a blue mystery data located at the Secret Shelter which is the first room in the Dealer Base.Hoped I helped.

To get the CC key. Look on the wave road in the WAZA command center
