Le Mu card and Ulti Tribe

First thing first how do I get the Le Mu card without cheats and how do people make the black mr hertez appear in battle so you can save him and you can get the ability called Ulti Tribe which is just like the one for ninja called Wind Star and turns you into tribe king automatically? No snooty comments please.

You can't get them they are secert cards only the ar can get you them sorry but not sure about the ulti tribe but there is a wave command code I will give it to you just go to Omegis a.k.a Warrock a.k.a mega
